Rey was a member of the transaction and operations team that negotiated and managed the issuance of a $67M tax exempt revenue bond towards the modernization of a 670+ student housing bed residential project. This innovative P3 Concession Agreement transaction provided the University the ability to generate funds to defease existing debt on the asset and generate revenue to substantially modernize and moderately expand existing student housing.

Rey participated in Concession Agreement negotiations, reviewed and approved financial models and pro forma’s, and negotiated operating agreements.
