BUILD-TO-SUIT (BTS) & DESIGN-BUILD-FINANCE-OPERATE-MAINTAIN (DBFOM) ASSET DELIVERY METHODS

We provide turnkey solutions to all applicable aspects of a Build-to-Suit (BTS) and Design-Build-Finance-Operate-Maintain (DBFOM) asset delivery method, and identify the optimal asset delivery method based upon client programming needs, capitalization and transaction structure, appetite for risk and desire for control.
These structures follow the more typical Public – Private – Partnership model, and are often activated through Owners Representation Agreement, Development Agreement or Concession Agreement transactions. These formats allow the institution to maintain the desired optimum mix of leverage and control over ownership and management decisions, design, programmatic use and maintenance of the asset.
