Rey Sully is a tenured finance, strategy and transaction professional with 15 years of experience who transitioned from Corporate Finance and Strategy roles to Real Estate Development. Rey made the transition into Real Estate Development in 2018 and has primarily worked on behalf of institutional land holders to advance their mission, vision, and ambitions through the built environment.

Rey commenced his real estate journey in Howard University’s Real Estate Development & Capital Asset Management department, engaging in acquisitions and dispositions (fee simple and leasehold interests), entering into Public-Private-Partnerships leveraging income producing assets, leading site investigation and due diligence efforts, and negotiating co-development partnership opportunities. Rey subsequently led development engagements at Edgemoor Infrastructure & Real Estate, engaging in Public-Private-Partnerships, leading transaction structure efforts and helping institutional landholders execute on their built environment needs via Build to Suite, P3 Developments. In this role, Rey performed turn-key real estate development in a Design-Build-Finance delivery format and maximized the development opportunity of the clients owned land.
